FOOD RESILIENCE ASPIRATION AND THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY

As one form of human effort in facilitating the work to meet the needs, human never stop evolving (V/mengembangkan) technology through theirconsciousness (N/kesadaran) in everything related to the fulfillment (N/pemenuhan) of primary, secondary, and tertiary needs.So that the technology penetrated (V/menembus) in some areas that are closely related to human needs. The more diverse (Adj/beragam) type of human needs, the faster the rate of technology developes.
The primary need is the top priority of every human need, one of the primary needs is food. In response to the food, a country faces a challenge that is known for food resilience. A country can be said to achieve the goals to food resilience (N/ketahanan) if it has been able to meet the three pillars of food resilience. They are the availability of food,the affordability (N/kemampuan untuk mencapai)to food, and the quality of the food.

The first pillar of food resilience lies on the availability of food.Food availability describes the sense of how the ability of a state to provide sufficient (Adj/cukup) food for its people, from national to sub-national levels (e.g. regional, district, community, etc). This pillar has to be backed-up (V/dikuatkan) by the ability a country to make use of their potential land and resource in producing food.The second pillar is the affordability of food.This gives a sense of how society's ability to get the food that has been provided by the state.It is strongly associated with economic condition. The third is the quality of the food.It gives the sense of food that will be consumed influence people's health.
At present humans are facing great challenges in the quality and quantity of food. When viewed in the perspective of agricultural cultivation, the quality and quantity of food decrease.None other happens more than the negative impact of environmental degradation caused by the utilization of technologies that are not environmentally friendly. This sort of (kind of) technology has increased the environmental contamination that requires changing plant physiology activity in order to prevent life from destruction (N/kerusakan). Change is exactly what causes the food situation throughout the world. It does not conform (V/menyesuaikan) to what is expectedto.
One of problems that can be put to the floor is BioEnergy. As one of the efforts to create an environmentally friendly technology, various countries such as Brazil, US, and other countries in Europe have been working out to increase the use of plant as a source of energy called BioEnergy. This is a significant progress in the energy combined with ecological use as well as an irony to food security and sustainability because the plant is used as raw material to create energy in which plant in the same time becomes the core (N/inti) of human life in the world. Therefore BioEnergy is a threat (N/ancaman)against human food resilience in the future.

However, the scientists in this field are still trying to minimize the amount of losses that will come to the manufacture of new energy technologies. By calculating the usefulness and risks, it can create a variety of new technologies that can reduce the negative impact of technology invention.

Is E-book Better Than A Print Book ?

Nowadays, it's a modern era where technology is more developed. Technology provides many applications especially used in android operating sytems on smartphone. One of them is e-book, an electronic version of a traditional print book that can be read by using personal computer, laptop, smartphone which provides a lot of tittles on smartphone. The phenomenon of e-book android application on smartphone helps everyone live easier and simpler. Therefore, this essay will present why people want to use e-book as his reading material then why there are some people who prefer to read by using a print book with some reasons.

E-book is simple, easy to download and it provides many types of books for smartphone users. It can be accessed and downloaded easily by buying internet provider packet daily, weekly, or monthly packet or even free to download in the place which provides free Wi-Fi service such as in campus, reading room, or in cafe. Many websites provide free e-book such as duniadownload.com, pakdenono.com and etc.
Some people begins to leave a print book and turn into e-book without thinking to bring many types of book in their bag. By using e-book, people will find it simple to bring book in smartphone. We can read a lot of titles which we already download and it depends on our passion. Also, now there are some Android Smartphones which are not too expensive to buy and it depends on its specification and brand. So everyone can buy it.
In other hand, somebody claims a print book is still better than e-book. There are also some people who still want to use a print book as their reading material because they assume if they buy book by using their own money, they will be more motivated to read continuously rather than if they borrow our friends’ book sometimes they are lazy or even they forget to read it, moreover e-book which is free.
I personally choose a print book as my reading material and it is still better than e-book because if I buy it with my own money I will be more motivated to read until finish. However, both of them have plus and minus. E-book on Android is cheap but firstly we need much money to buy Smartphone then a print book is sometimes expensive but it can motivate us to always read. It would be better if we have both and it depends on our money and passion.

Radiation Of Mobile Phone

Nowadays, mobile phone is very important for all people in this world started from childreen until old people. The simple form of mobile phone makes the sociaty more interested in using mobile phone than home phone. We can comunicate easily with another people anywhere. This paper will argue that the sociaties just know about the advantage of the mobile phone but they do not know about the impact of the mobile phone. That’s why, this paper will explain about the drawbacks of the mobile phone radiation to user’s brain and DNA.


As a matter of fact, only a few people know that radiation of mobile phone can be used to cook an egg. In the mobile phone component, there is transmitter, which functions to change voice to be sinusoidal wave that can transmit through antenna. This wave will fluctuate through the air (microwave) that will result electromagnetic radiation (EM). Microwave radiation will modify protein in egg that egg may make ripe. It is proved by an attempt using 2 mobile phones and an egg, an egg lied in between 2 mobile phones which are in active condition, in 55 minutes after transmitting microwave each other, an egg will be ripe. This radiation can be sensed while our ear feels hot if we speak via mobile phone for long duration. 

Furthermore, radiation of mobile phone can irradiate not only protein in egg but also protein in human’s brain. Most people waste their time to communicate via mobile phone. And then, currently society is eased by various offer to communicate for long duration with a cheap payment. Only by buying TM (Talk Mania) packet, they can talk more than 1 hour. If we imagine in 55 minutes, mobile phone radioation can cook an egg, how about our brain?

In fact, radiation can change structure human DNA, including radiation of mobile phone. When someone is calling, his/her mobile phone will be put nearby their head. In this posisition, it is highly possible for the phone radiation is absorbed by the human nerve system. The consequently nerves in the brain vein will blow. The higher the radiation, the more radiation absorbed by human nerves, it means the damage will be more acute. Besides that, using mobile phone excessively can make gene mutation that will trigger cancer.

However, we should not worry excessively because radiated by mobile phone, the damage was not big as impact of radioactive. But, we should also consider that the smallest effect that we receive, when we get the radiation on a continuous, it will result the big impact too.
